Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. We reserve the right to change or update products, prices (including correcting a typographical error), payment procedures, policies or shipping rates without prior notice.
Customer Service
Product questions and order status inquiries should be sent to Customerservice@shopfloraison.com, and we will respond within 48 hours. Please include the product name and price when inquiring about a product. If checking the status of an order, please include your full name, phone number and zip code.
Payment
100% payment for product(s) and shipping is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Along with shipping charges, 6.5% Florida sales tax and .5% St. Johns County tax will be added to any Florida sales order.
Delivery
Many of our items are custom-made and can take up to 6-10 weeks before they can ship. It is, however, our desire to ship sooner. Please email us if you need an item by a special date.
Shipping
We currently ship using USPS Ground Mail, and only to the Continental 48 United States. Shipping rates are calculated by total product weight, packaging weight and handling. Charges are calculated at time of order being placed. Shipping rates are based on the following table, in which weight includes products, packaging and handling:
weight < 11 oz, $6
weight < 2 lb 1 oz, $10
weight < 4 lb 2 oz, $15
weight < 7 lb, $20
weight < 10 lb 8 oz, $30
weight < 14 lb 1 oz, $40
All Other, $75
Please email us for any expedited shipping requests. We will contact you with the additional shipping charges for special requests.
If incorrect shipping charges are calculated, we reserve the right to adjust the total amount of your order to reflect the true shipping charges. If an error is made on our part when addressing a package, we will pay to reship the package. Customer is responsible for the cost to reship the package if 1) the package is shipped to the correct address, but is undeliverable, 2) if Floraison Design Co. is provided the wrong address, OR 3) if the package is delayed due to the shipper, the USPS.
Return Policy
All sales are final, as many of the items are hand-designed when the order is placed. Feel free to email us prior to purchasing with any questions you may have. If an item is damaged during shipping, email us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Damaged items should be returned in original packaging. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will attempt to replace the item. If we cannot replace, we will issue a credit to your account.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Floraison Design Co., its owners, employees, agents, attorneys, vendors and suppliers from and against all loses, expenses, damages, injury and costs, incurred by the unlawful and improper use of this website or the products herein.
Privacy Policy
Floraison Design Co. respects your privacy. We collect what information we need for business and shipping purposes only. We use a secure server to process your payment. When you visit us online or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communication from us electronically.
